Happy Holidays Rockstars! As many of you know, I'm going home for the holidays which means I will be out of the "office" from December 23rd to the 30th. I will be teaching tomorrow December 22nd at 9:15am. The 11:30am and 5pm classes will be canceled. Upon my return I will be teaching a Happy New Year's Eve workout at 9:15am in Sylvan Park.
