I have been working in the field of fitness, motivation and nutrition for 8 years. I am a certified personal trainer and group instructor, specializing in high intensity workouts including: boxing, kickboxing, interval training and various disciplines of martial arts. Personally, competing in Taekwondo and Jiujutsu, has allowed me to incorporate my discipline into my training sessions. Building a strong foundation of form, understanding of moves and the mental, physical and emotional drive needed to bring my clients to their highest potential is what drives me to be the best trainer I can.
