Let's start the Holiday Extravaganza with a bang!!


Mark your calendars because The FUN begins Saturday December 24th 9 am with a Family Holiday Bootcamp, Live at Sylvan Park. Let's meet by the playground area.


This will be a fun filled hour long workout followed by some delicious holiday treats!

Come one, come all...Please invite your family, friends, neighbors...all exercise

levels are welcomed!

Bring your mat, weights, towel, water and ALL your awesome energy!


Please note your calendar for other important dates:


Schedule for weeks of December 26th and January 2nd

- NO classes on the 26th, 28th, 30th and 31st of December

- NO classes on the 2nd and 5th of January

- December 27th 9 am Bootcamp (45 min) Only class for the day

- December 29th REGULAR Schedule

- January 3rd, 4th 9 am Bootcamp (45 min) Only class for the day

- January 6th Regular Schedule
