Bootcamp Workouts

Bootcamp workouts are short, 45 minutes, straining regimes that focus on an intense mix of aerobic, strength training and speed elements. One boot camp workout might stress calisthenics while another stresses military-style drills.

TRX Workouts

TRX workouts offer a range of intense moves that work the abdominal muscles, back, shoulder, chest and leg muscles. TRX training is constantly working the whole body, strengthening your whole body in many planes of movement by using highly integrated movements.



Kickboxing workouts engage every muscle group in your body, with a strong focus on your core. The rapid movements in kickboxing also improve flexibility, balance, and coordination, and can help you build faster reflexes.

High Intensity Interval Training

HIIT workouts that torch calories in 45 minutes or less, so they’re easy to fit into a hectic work schedule or family commitments.

Jr. Rockstar Bootcamp

Designed for kids 4-12yo.  A workout class designed to utilize your child's excess energy.  Running, Jumping, and Obstacles will be used to help improve muscle strength, flexibility and coordination along with their cardio fitness.  Appropriate for all levels of fitness. 

Low Impact Bootcamp

A low-impact class that offers a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activities for daily living.  This aerobic workout is appropriate for older adults who would like to include a low-intensity, low-impact workout in their fitness plans. Each class includes anaerobic conditioning and resistance (strength) training, and toning.

Restore & Recover

This is an active recovery class that is Yoga / Pilates inspired that includes static & dynamic stretching, along with isometric poses.  Active recovery workouts are beneficial for your body. They help you recover faster after a difficult workout and in my belief vital to a well rounded fitness routine. 

Band  Bootcamp

Resistance bands are so versatile that they can be incorporated into virtually any type of fitness training such as cardio, endurance, and strength training to help you get a better, more effective workout, which is why they’re one of my favorites.  Moving against resistance is the key to sculpting and toning your body. They’re capable of delivering an intense full-body workout and are excellent for all fitness levels.
