End of May Schedule Update

Happy Sunday Rockstars!!


Please note that I will be out of the country the week of May 27th for family reasons therefore please mark your calendars with these changes to the class schedule.


May 25th - Kathleen the Rockstar has graciously agreed to teach circuit class at 8:30 in Grant Park (get ready to sweat!!!)


NO classes on May 27th and May 31st.

May 28th, 29th and 30th I will teach 1 class at 9 am - please use my personal zoom code. Text me if you do not have it.


I will be back to teach circuit class on June 1st!

Hi Rockstars!! Please note that I have decided to teach my 9:15am and 11:30am classes online this Monday February 16th. Additionally, I will not be teaching my 5pm class Monday. All classes on Tuesday
