Labor Day Fun Day!!

Hello Beautiful Rockstars!


Labor Day Monday is gearing up to be Hot Hot Hot!!!

So why not start it off right with a Sweat Sesh with me before heading to the pool!!


Class will start at 9:15, Sylvan Park (near the playground area), this class will also be online. Message me for the zoom link.


Bring your mat, your weights and water. This class will be for all levels.

Bring your friends and family!

NOTE : this will be the only class I teach on Monday.
