Summer Schedule

Hello Amazing Rockstars!


As the summer months approach, I have made the decision to teach every other Saturday for the months of June, July and August.

I will be teaching boxing at 8 am, circuit training at 9:15 am and R&R at 10 am.


Here are the Saturdays that I WILL be teaching

June, 3rd, 17th

July 1st, 15th, 29th

August 12th, 26th


If you haven't tried these classes, come by and try it, you'll be glad that you did!!
