I wanted to share with you one of my go to meal..I make this atleast once a week... super easy, healthy and delicious!
Salmon rice bowl!
What you need:
Salmon filet
Brown rice
Avocado
Cucumber
Seaweed
I add a Sriracha Mayo to top it off.
Air fry the Salmon to taste (I usually do 11 minutes), cook the rice and then started assembling your bowl,
1 Salmon filet (cup on to small bite size)
1 cup rice
half avocado
2 small cucumbers cut into bite size
Mix all of it in a bowl, top off with a little Mayo.
FYI..I scoop the mixture up with a Seaweed and just eat it with my hands... delicious 😋
