Long Live Holiday Travel Delays

Hello Rockstars!!!


I truly hope everyone is enjoying the holiday season with their families and friends!


I was very pumped to teach a Mega Intense Fun class tomorrow December 31st, but unfortunately I'm stuck at the Montreal airport due to bad weather.


I will see you guys on January 2nd for Powerhour!!
