Happy Holidays!

Hi Rockstars!!


Tis the season to be active and spend time with friends and family!!

That being said, here are a few changes to the schedule for the next few weeks.


NO classes this Saturday December 23rd, Monday December 25th, next Saturday December 30th and Monday January 1st.


Tuesday December 26th I will ONLY teach a 1 hour long class, 9 am at Sylvan Park and online (use my personal zoom code). Bring your mat and weights.

Hi Rockstars!! Please note that I have decided to teach my 9:15am and 11:30am classes online this Monday February 16th. Additionally, I will not be teaching my 5pm class Monday. All classes on Tuesday

Happy Sunday Rockstars! Please note that I will be out of the country starting mid day Wednesday January 28th until Monday February 2nd. I will be teaching my regular class on Wednesday the 28th @ 9:1
