Hi Rockstars!!

Tis the season to be active and spend time with friends and family!!

That being said, here are a few changes to the schedule for the next few weeks.

NO classes this Saturday December 23rd, Monday December 25th, next Saturday December 30th and Monday January 1st.

Tuesday December 26th I will ONLY teach a 1 hour long class, 9 am at Sylvan Park and online (use my personal zoom code). Bring your mat and weights.
