Bring your family and friends to this Special Saturday class which will be held at SYLVAN PARK April 19th at 8:30am. Bring your mats and weight. Stay for coffee and treats after!


Reminder : I will be out of the country from May 1st to May 12th.

I have and will keep uploading NEW videos to keep all of you busy while I'm away!
