It's Raining ..It's pouring....

Good morning!!!


It's raining on this beautiful Saturday (we so need it) which means all outdoor classes will be rained out!


I will however offer a 9am online combo class... 40 minutes high intensity training, 20 minutes of stretching. You will need a mat and some weights.

Hi Rockstars!! Please note that I have decided to teach my 9:15am and 11:30am classes online this Monday February 16th. Additionally, I will not be teaching my 5pm class Monday. All classes on Tuesday
