🎯 June Challenge: The Daily Stretch Challenge

For the month of June, commit to 10-15 minutes of stretching every day.

Benefits include:

Whether it's first thing in the morning, after a workout, or before bed, take 10-15 minutes each day to care for your body.

  • Thursday 4:15pm class on June 4th

  • Friday 9:15am class on June 26th

  • Saturday 8:30am and 9:15am classes on June 13th and 27th
