Hi guys!!! Change in location.


Monday and Wednesday 9:15am Bootcamp will now be at Sylvan Park (near the tennis courts)


As always I will offering live and online class on both days.

Please bring your weights, bands,mat, towel bands, water!

Hi Rockstars!! Please note that I have decided to teach my 9:15am and 11:30am classes online this Monday February 16th. Additionally, I will not be teaching my 5pm class Monday. All classes on Tuesday
