This is an active recovery class that is Yoga / Pilates inspired that includes static & dynamic stretching, along with isometric poses. Active recovery workouts are beneficial for your body. They help you recover faster after a difficult workout and in my belief vital to a well rounded fitness routine.

***Cuesta Park near tennis court parking lot. Bring your mat, towel and water.
