Next week, February 21st will be a modified class schedule.


Monday 21st 9:15am, 11:30am, ALL other classes canceled.

TUESDAY, WEDNESDAY, THURSDAY NO CLASSES. (Great time to check out the pre recorded workouts)

Friday 9:15 Power Hour is ON!

Saturday All Classes are ON at Cuesta Park!!


Let's Get It DONE!
