Hello wonderful Rockstars!!


Please note that Wednesdays kickboxing class will now start at 3:30pm instead of 4:15pm and the

Band bootcamp will start at 4:30pm instead of 5:15pm, starting this week.


Also... please note that ALL classes are canceled for this coming Saturday October 1st.
