Schedule for the next 2 weeks:

No class Friday November 22nd and November 29th

Saturday November 23rd circuit class @ 8am (instead of 8:30) ONLY

Wednesday November 27th no 5pm class

No class Saturday November 30th


Thanksgiving Day Family Fun Workout!!

Come one, come all, bring everyone you know to our awesome Turkey Day Workout.

Thursday November 28th @ 9am in Sylvan Park, 1 hour workout followed by Treats & Wonderful community building conversations. Bring your mat and weights please!

I look forward to seeing all of you!
