Hi guys, please note that I will be on Kim Spring break from April 28th to May 5th included.

All classes for this duration will be canceled.

During this time I encourage all of to check out the recording library!

Hi Rockstars!! Please note that I have decided to teach my 9:15am and 11:30am classes online this Monday February 16th. Additionally, I will not be teaching my 5pm class Monday. All classes on Tuesday
