Who says eating healthy has to be complicated??

We all have busy lives with crazy schedule that makes it sometimes feel impossible to cook healthy, nutrition defence meals.

Well, I'm here to tell you, NO EXCUSES! Lost of store now have pre-cut, ready to cook veggies!!! I love that!! I'm a huge fan for Trader Joe's for that exact reason. I know that I can put a meal together in less then 15 minutes, AMAZING!

This one is one of my favorite..

* Ground Turkey

* Mixed veggies

* Cauliflower rice

** I put hot sauce on mine**
