Hello rockstars, happy memorial day weekend!


Please note a few updates to the schedule for these upcoming few weeks..


May 26th memorial day, only class tomorrow is at 9:15am @ Sylvan Park.


June 6th - 9:15am Power Hour is canceled

June 13th - Power Hour is canceled

June 14th - Circuit and R&R are canceled

Hi Rockstars!! Please note that I have decided to teach my 9:15am and 11:30am classes online this Monday February 16th. Additionally, I will not be teaching my 5pm class Monday. All classes on Tuesday
