Hello Rockstars!!

Summer is officially upon us 🌞

Please mark your calendars with these schedule changes.

The next 4 Saturday R&R classes are canceled.

Saturday June 28, July 5, 12, 19.

I'll only be teaching circuit on this days.

July 4th I will be teaching 1 Bootcamp class at 9:15 at sylvan park and online, no kickboxing.

July 21st to 24th I'll only be teaching 1 class per day at 9:15, all other classes are canceled on those days.
