Hello Rockstars Fam,
Happy October! As the days get cooler and the leaves begin to change, it’s a great time to reset, refocus, and fall back in love with your fitness routine.
Maybe you've got new goals or getting you're getting back on track, I GOT you!
Consistency is key, and every step counts.
Showing up for yourself is the most important thing!

No class this Saturday October 4th.
October 13th, Columbus Day I will be teaching the 9:15am class only at Sylvan Park/online.
Bring your family and friends!
Fall Challenge : Let the Planking beginning!
The goal is to hold 1 plank everyday for the month of October!
You choose the length — whether it’s 20 seconds or 2 minutes, what matters is showing up and building consistency.
I will also start adding planks in our workouts.
Let's finish the month feeling stronger and proud of your commitment!
BONUS: I’ve included a quick 30-minute total-body workout you can save and use anytime this month! It will help you stay active, even on busy days — all you need is a set of weights and determination!
