I will be out of the country July 24th to the 30th.

ALL classes will be cancelled however I will be teaching BOOTCAMP on

Tuesday July 27th,

Wednesday July 28th and

Thursday July 29th at 8am PST on all 3 days.

I will be back for our NEW CIRCUIT TRAINING class on Saturday July 31st followed by our amazing Restore and Recover class.
