Turkey Day is Around the Corner!

Hello Rockstars!


Please mark your calendars for a few important dates.


November 27th is our annual Thanksgiving Day class with coffee and treats afterwards. Sylvan Park at 9am for 1 hour. Bring your mat and weights but most importantly bring your friends and family!


No class on Friday November 28th.

No class on Saturday December 6th and 13th.


I will be out of the country from December 23rd to December 30th included.


I will have a special New Year Eve's class on December 31st at Sylvan Park at 9am.


No class on January 1st.


As promise here is the fun yet challenging leg work out!!


Perform each exercise for 45 seconds:

  • chair squat to deadlift

  • back lunges knee down to half lift

    X2

  • plie squat

  • diagonal lunges with the right leg

(round 2 is with the left leg)

X2

  • Bulgarian split lunge to single leg deadlift after 45 sec. pulse for 15 second

(other side)

X2

  • curtsey to angled leg lift
