Wet January 14th Saturday Morning!

Since it is very wet outside today all outdoor classes will be cancelled this morning.


I will offer a 9am, 45 minute Bootcamp online.

Please use my personal zoom code, text me if you do not have it.

Hi Rockstars!! Please note that I have decided to teach my 9:15am and 11:30am classes online this Monday February 16th. Additionally, I will not be teaching my 5pm class Monday. All classes on Tuesday
