Saturday January 8th Classes

Morning guys...as you all know my number 1 priority has always been and continues to be your safety.


That being said..I need to inform you that I have been in close contact with someone that was exposed to someone with covid.

Both that person and I will be testing daily for the next few days.

This mornings test was negative however to be safe I have decided to cancel today's classes as a precaution measure.


I apologize for the inconvenience.

Looking forward to seeing all of you next week.

Hi Rockstars!! Please note that I have decided to teach my 9:15am and 11:30am classes online this Monday February 16th. Additionally, I will not be teaching my 5pm class Monday. All classes on Tuesday
